5 Elements Zenthai Flow   

A workshop that focuses on movement-based therapy and bodywork.

It provides an opportunity to deepen body awareness and establish genuine connections through therapeutic movement and touch.

Zenthai Flow explores the principles of the five elements of Chinese Medicine - Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, and Fire - and their associated organs, meridians and acupressure points will each be explored and embodied through individual asana movement, partner yoga, and guided therapeutic bodywork.

What to expect from a Zenthai Flow workshop?

An introduction to one of the elements from the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) element wheel, along with a discussion on its associated organs, meridians, and key acupressure points.

​Solo Yoga asana and partner Yoga inspired by Chinese Medicine's 5 element theory, embodying meridian stretches and pressure points into the practice.

Partner yoga play

A brief sequence of Zenthai Shiatsu Bodywork, allowing everyone to participate in giving and receiving.

What is Zenthai Shiatsu?
​

Zenthai shiatsu is a movement-based therapy and bodywork modality, founded by Gwyn Williams by fusing the art of Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage and osteopathic techniques.

No prior experience in yoga or bodywork is required to participate in the workshops.

People of all levels are welcome, as long as they are comfortable with engaging in therapeutic touch both as a giver and a receiver.
